Yen On Chan
Chan is a Bioinformatics PhD student at the University of Missouri, working under the guidance of Dr. Trupti Joshi. Throughout his academic journey, Chan has acquired expertise in various programming languages and Bioinformatics tools, enabling him to develop tools and pipelines for data analysis. His contributions include the design and development of the Allele Catalog Tool and Genomic Variations Explorer. The Allele Catalog Tool focuses on visualizations of alleles in genes and phenotype data for uncovering potential causative mutations in organisms, and the Genomic Variation Explorer provides capabilities to annotates promoters and copy number variations in multiple organisms. Murugesan Raju
My name is Murugesan, and my research focuses on biomedical and ocular informatics. My primary research interests revolve around the early prediction of disease onset and developing a drug recommendation system using DL and LSTM models. To facilitate translational research, I am interested in developing novel methods and pipelines to integrate and extract meaningful data-driven knowledge from various omics data, such as clinical data, genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Sidharth Sen
Sidharth Sen’s education background is based in bioinformatics, having being involved in interdisiplinary academic programs from the start of his undergrad degree. He worked with his from generation of DNA sequencing laboratories in India along with large pharmaceutical industries. In the UK, he worked on scaling up the quality control toolds for NGS analysis. He is mostly a Data scientists with firm roots in biology, which allows him to understand the finer requirements of biological research.
