Throughout his academic journey, Chan has acquired expertise in various programming languages and Bioinformatics tools, enabling him to develop tools and pipelines for data analysis. His contributions include the design and development of the Allele Catalog Tool and Genomic Variations Explorer. Sidharth Sen’s education background is based in bioinformatics, having being involved in interdisiplinary academic programs from the start of his undergrad degree. He worked with his from generation of DNA sequencing laboratories in India along with large pharmaceutical industries. In the UK, he worked on scaling up the quality control toolds for NGS analysis.
