Justin is a graduate student at the University of Missouri Institute for Data Science and Informatics (MUIDSI) under the guidance of Rene Cortese, PhD. Justin has learned critical informatics techniques to expand his training in cancer biology.  His primary research objectives pertain to the mechanisms involving cancer pathologies, improvements in the standard-of-care (SOC) for patients receiving chemotherapy treatment(s), and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).  Here at Mizzou, Justin continues his research efforts from Eastern Virginia Medical School and UConn, utilizing data analytics and computational modeling to strengthen his laboratory training.
